18January | this is why i don't drink on weekdays

 

you ever feel like you just want to lay low for a while?

or like... kind of hide away somewhere, unnoticed?

or just stop time so you can take a few breaths and catch up with yourself?

i'm finding it harder and harder to think for myself lately and i don't really know how to fix that. why don't i trust my instincts anymore?

are they that skewed?

is it backwards to see a therapist to learn independent thinking?
